Double Take…

I did a double take when I got my latest Homes & Gardens… After all it was late when I sat down to have a first look. We used to have a Laura Ashley on the Upper West, just down the street from me, but it’s now gone, along with my very first custom made duvet cover - a LA mini-print in white, lavender, and green. I loved that pattern, and years later here I am again. WELL it may be time for a second look, although I couldn’t access anything wallpaper related on their website, so I guess we'll have to wait.

PS: I’m also drawn to the architecture in this room, I can’t lie – the paneled arch niches are amazing and the mantle is a personal favorite. It’s the very same one I have. Mine was salvaged from the Plaza Hotel here in NYC, so I wonder where this one is?
