It’s New Years – the official holiday of sparkles and glitter…
The tree went out yesterday, just when the smell of evergreen reached its peak, and just in time for 2012. Soooo I guess the holiday season of decorating is truly over, but not quite… The snowflakes in my windows are still up, and there’s a dusting of silver glitter everywhere.
It’s New Years Eve again, and there’s a feeling that everyone is here in spirit: NYC – Times Square – watching the ball drop…not in real life thank goodness. So cheers!
PS: You know it’s New Years when even after cleaning up, you still have sparkles on your floor… glittering – long after midnight and for weeks to come.
